Description
BIOXY Agri is a powdered product that generates peracetic acid in water at neutral pH.
BIOXY Agri has been designed to clean and sanitize whole and cut fruits and vegetables.
It thus allows for longer preservation during their preparation. Its antimicrobial activity quickly eliminates harmful microorganisms from the surface of fruits and vegetables without altering the taste, appearance, or odor of the product. In addition to being effective and easy to use, it is very economical and safe.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BIOXY Agri is used at a concentration of 8g per 10L of water. This concentration generates 80 ppm active Peracetic acid. Used BIOXY Agri at a maximum concentration of 80 ppm in the fruit and vegetable sanitation process and rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
